Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA)

Accurate and Professional Assistance for ETA Applications

Eligibility

The ETA is generally required for travelers from visa-exempt countries, including most European nationals. Each traveler must have an individual ETA, including children and infants.

With an approved ETA, travelers may:
  • Visit the UK for up to 6 months per visit
  • Travel for tourism, business, or visiting family and friends
  • Undertake short-term study
  • Participate in permitted paid engagements
  • Travel under the Creative Worker visa concession (up to 3 months)
  • Transit through a UK airport where border control is required

The ETA is valid for 2 years or until the passport expires, whichever occurs first, and allows multiple entries during its validity.

Required Documents

  • Applicant Current Passport ( Scanned Color Copies)
  • Photographs (Size 35*45 mm) (White background) (Luster/rough paper) (Large face)

Restrictions and Limitations

The ETA does not permit:

  • Staying in the UK for longer than 6 months
  • Paid or unpaid work, except for permitted activities
  • Access to public funds or benefits
  • Living in the UK through frequent or successive visits

Travelers with a criminal record or previous UK immigration refusals may be required to apply for a Standard Visitor Visa instead of an ETA.
