European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS)

Accurate and Professional Assistance for ETIAS Applications

Important Notice: ETIAS will start operations in the last quarter of 2026. No action is required from travellers at this point.

Who Needs an ETIAS Travel Authorization?

You need an ETIAS if you are:

  • A visa-exempt national travelling to Europe for tourism, business, or transit
  • A student on a school trip from a visa-required country who meets specific exemption criteria
  • A recognised refugee or stateless person holding a qualifying travel document issued by a visa-exempt country or Ireland

If you are unsure whether ETIAS applies to you, our team will review your eligibility before submission.

Travel Document Requirements

  • Be valid for at least 3 months beyond your planned departure
  • Be issued within the last 10 years
  • Meet international travel standards
  • Be the same passport you will use to travel

Important notes:

  • Biometric passports are required for certain countries, including Albania, Kosovo, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan.
  • Non-standard or invalid documents may result in application refusal or boarding denial
  • If you obtain a new passport, you must apply for a new ETIAS

Required Documents

  • Applicant Current Passport ( Scanned Color Copies)
  • Photographs (Size 35*45 mm) (White background) (Luster/rough paper) (Large face)

Validity of Your ETIAS

Once approved, your ETIAS travel authorization:

  • Is valid for 3 years or until your passport expires
  • Allows multiple entries during its validity period
  • Permits stays of up to 90 days in any 180-day period
  • Time spent in Cyprus is calculated separately and does not count toward the 90-day limit in other ETIAS countries
  • You must hold a valid ETIAS throughout your entire stay
Arrival at the Border

When travelling, you must:

  • Carry the same passport used in your ETIAS application
  • Meet all entry requirements set by border authorities
  • Provide supporting documents if requested

Having an approved ETIAS does not automatically grant entry. Final decision is determined by border officials.
